About Us
«Qazaq Independent Directors» Association traces its history back to 2007, when, in order to support the Head of State’s initiative to develop the institute of independent directors in Kazakhstan— as a mechanism for protecting the rights of shareholders and business owners— the Public Association «Kazakhstan Association of Independent Directors» was established. In connection with the expansion of international cooperation, a rebranding was carried out and today the organization is called «Qazaq Independent Directors» Association.
