Qazaq Independent Directors is a professional community that develops corporate governance in Kazakhstan, working with boards of directors, top management, and international partners.

We are currently expanding our team:

🔹 Corporate Secretary (part time). Working with the Committees of the Board of Directors, preparing documents for board meetings.

🔹 Manager
Developing and supporting partnerships (corporate sector, international organizations);
Coordinating educational and consulting projects;
Participating in the implementation of corporate governance programs;
Monitoring project timelines, quality, and results.

🔹 Assistant to the First Executive Officer
Communication with partners and program participants;
Organizational support for key projects and events;
Preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and handling business correspondence;
Supporting the organization’s operational tasks.

🔹 Intern
Supporting project managers with current tasks; Participating in the team’s work on website development and digital solutions;
Helping prepare materials and implement projects

🔹 IT Manager. Website management. Ability to work with Tilda and other administrative IT resources.

Requirements for all candidates:
Mandatory proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
