Training “Corporate Governance. Best Practices and Cases of Boards of Directors” Successfully Completed.

Over three days, participants delved into key corporate governance topics—strategic development and change management, the competencies and responsibilities of governing bodies, and the role of the Board of Directors in shaping strategy and creating long-term value. Engaging discussions, practical case studies, and knowledge sharing made the program highly applicable and beneficial.
