Training on «Corporate Governance. Best Practices and Board Cases» started in Astana today.

The first day focuses on strategic development and change management, including shaping a vision, leadership during transformations, digitalization, and working with risks. The role of the board of directors in supporting innovation and addressing resistance to change is also discussed.

Participants analyze real-world cases, discuss management challenges, and in groups develop action plans for changes in their companies.

Speaker — Elnura Abakanova, an international professional, a certified expert in change management, Senior Lecturer at Astana IT University, a member of the Supervisory Board, and Executive Director of the QID Association.
