In Astana today, the next day of the training «Corporate Governance. Best Practices and Board Cases» took place.

The second day focused on competencies and accountability in corporate governance. Participants discussed how management and control systems are built in companies, the key principles of corporate governance, shareholders’ rights, the role of investors and capital markets, as well as requirements for transparency and disclosure of information.

The speaker for the second day was Arman Berdalin — Co-Chair of the QID Advisory Council, a member of the National Council for Corporate Governance, Senior Partner at the law firm Sayat Zholshy & Partners, an expert with more than 20 years of experience in corporate law.
