A three-day training on “Corporate Governance. Best Practices and Cases of Boards of Directors” held in Astana.

Over three days, participants expanded their expertise in strategic and corporate governance, the role of the Board of Directors, as well as change management, digital transformation, compliance, ESG, and risk management. The program combined theoretical approaches and the analysis of practical cases, including issues related to implementing technologies, assessing the effectiveness of strategy, and engaging with stakeholders.

The training became a platform for sharing experience and discussing current challenges in corporate governance.

The speakers included experts in strategy and corporate governance: Alikhan Baidusenov, Gulnara Musina, and Elnura Abakanova.

The training lasted 3 days, from 26 to 28 March. The next course — Certificate in Company Direction, IoD — starts on 3 April and runs until 24 May (10 days, on weekends).

Kazakhstan certification programs will be held in summer, as well as only upon personalized corporate requests.
