Aidanа Abisheva became the 6th and youngest Chartered Director in Kazakhstan — the highest qualification of the UK Institute of Directors (IoD), confirming her expertise in corporate governance.

Behind this status is a serious professional journey: today Aidanа is Deputy Head of Financial Compliance at the ERG Group, an independent director, and a member of boards of directors. In addition, she represents Kazakhstan at the international ACCA assembly.

The Chartered Director status is the final stage after Certificate and Diploma, awarded only to those who demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership, and a high level of responsibility in governance. Previously, Chartered Director qualification holders in Kazakhstan included Eldar Abdrazakov, Damir Suentaev, Elnar Adaybekov, Kamila Syzykdikova, and Muhtar Bubeev.

Aidanа’s story is not just a personal achievement, but a vivid example of how systematic development and international standards open up new professional horizons. Her path in the IoD program began in May last year, and in just one year she consistently completed all three levels of training, reaching this prestigious title.
