On December 30, the Association’s Supervisory Board held its regular meeting.

During the meeting, a decision was made to admit 16 new members, which became an important outcome of the year’s final stage.

Throughout December, the Association also welcomed new participants. We share moments from the presentation of membership certificates to participants of the Certificate in Company Direction (IoD) program — a symbol of professional trust and belonging to the directors’ community.

To date, the Association brings together 747 members and is one of Kazakhstan’s stable professional organizations, consistently developing a culture of corporate governance.
