The Strategy module of the Certificate in Company Direction programme has successfully concluded. Over the past few days, participants strengthened their strategic thinking, learned to assess markets and industry dynamics, explored key opportunities and risks, and discussed practical approaches to developing and implementing effective board-level strategies. The module also featured sessions with IoD alumni colleagues, as well as a guest session from Olzhas Imyatov, Corporate Secretary of KEGOC, who shared valuable insights from professional practice and offered meaningful guidance to the group.
