On 30 November, the second module of the Certificate in Company Direction programme started in Astana. This programme is a joint initiative of QID and the UK Institute of Directors aimed at strengthening the competencies of current and future Board members.

Focusing on Leadership, this module deepens participants’ understanding of what it means to lead effectively at Board level and explores the modern expectations placed on directors in shaping corporate culture, performance and long-term organisational development.

On 30 November, the second module of the Certificate in Company Direction programme started in Astana. The programme is a continuation of the work aimed at developing the professional competencies of current and future directors as a joint initiative of QID and the UK Institute of Directors.

Designed around the topic of leadership, the module reveals in greater depth what it means to be an effective leader at Board level and explains the new requirements placed on executives responsible for corporate culture, performance and the long-term development of the organisation.
