Today, a company’s success depends on how effectively corporate governance is put in place. And this is where QID plays a key role.

QID is the only specialized non-profit organization in Kazakhstan. Since 2007, it has been developing the institute of independent directors and promoting the values of professional corporate governance.

You have the opportunity to nominate yourself or your colleagues for an award for a significant contribution to the development of corporate governance.

The five nominees with the highest number of votes will receive official recognition and an award.

The names of the award recipients will serve as an example for new specialists and the entire professional community.
