The Qazaq Independent Directors Association organizes the foresight session “Board of Directors of the Future”.

Modern technologies are changing corporate governance: artificial intelligence is becoming a new tool for strategic thinking. At the foresight session, business leaders, policymakers, and experts will discuss how the role of boards of directors will be transformed in the digital era.

📘As part of the session, the presentation of translations into Kazakh of the following books will take place:

- “Red and Yellow Strategies” by Asylbek Kozhakhmetov and Svyatoslav Biryulin;

- “VC Boards” edited by Zhan Karsybаev and Adil Nurgоzhin.
