Independent Director — a member of the Board of Directors of Global University Systems Holding B.V. (the Netherlands) and JSC “Industrial Development Fund” (Baiterek Holding).

✨ Saida Zharbolova — International finance professional with 30 years of experience in the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Luxembourg. Ex-CEO of ING Bank Ukraine, Ex-Country Manager of ING Bank Kazakhstan, Strategic Advisor at ING Bank Luxembourg, Head of Strategic Transformation for the ING EMEA Region. Member of the Board of Directors of Alatau City Bank and Uzpromstroybank (Uzbekistan).

✨ Dilyara Dosmakova — TEDx Global Speaker, USA. Certified coach, international business strategist for Fortune 500, founder of Diar Pro. 27 years of international corporate management experience in the energy and oil & gas industries (USA, UK, Brazil, Kazakhstan). Held senior positions at Chevron Corp. and AES Corp., responsible for transforming business strategies, optimizing value creation chains and organizational structures. Member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan.
