On 19 August 2025, the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” was held.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Kambar Tatibaevich Omarov, an independent director, was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. The decision was made in accordance with best international corporate governance practices and aims to increase confidence in the state corporation, prevent conflicts of interest, and ensure balance in the decision-making process.
