«KEGOC» corporate governance training held for Board of Directors members

A training session on “Corporate Governance: Protecting Shareholders’ Rights and the Foundations of Strategic Responsibility” was held for the members of the Board of Directors of JSC “KEGOC”.

📍During the training, participants were introduced to modern approaches to corporate governance, mechanisms for protecting shareholders’ rights, the fundamentals of legal regulation of corporate relations, and the strategic role of the Board of Directors.
