THIRD MODULE OF CERTIFICATE IN COMPANY DIRECTION – 2025 HAS STARTED
The third module of the Certificate in Company Direction – 2025 educational program has started, implemented in partnership with the Institute of Directors (IoD) and the QID Association.
The third module focuses on developing skills to analyze the interrelationship between strategy, corporate governance, and risk management. It aims to deepen strategic thinking and improve the decision-making process in line with today’s business objectives.
The training is delivered by Damon Clark — an IoD-certified director, a marketer with professional Chartered Marketer qualification, and the founder of The Brandwidth Marketing Group.
The Certificate in Company Direction program brings together best practices in corporate governance and helps build a strong community of independent directors in Kazakhstan.
