HOW TO BECOME A LEADER IN AN ERA OF CHANGE: MEET ERLAN OSPANOV
On June 13, a master class on “Value Aspects of Leadership” was held at Astana Hub with the participation of entrepreneur, philanthropist, and founder of a number of successful projects, Erlan Ospanov.
During the meeting, the speaker shared experience in combining business with social responsibility, and discussed with the participants important topics:
• How true leaders are formed in times of change;
• The role of values and social responsibility in management;
• Strategic thinking as the foundation for sustainable development. The moderator was Elnura Abakanova, Executive Director of QID.
