3-DAY CORPORATE GOVERNANCE COURSE IN ASTANA
The Qazaq Independent Directors (QID) Association has announced enrollment for an intensive course, “Corporate Governance: Best Practices and Board Cases,” which will take place in Astana from 4 to 6 July.
Participants will enjoy a packed three-day program, including modern approaches to the work of boards of directors, international corporate governance standards, analysis of practical case studies, and tools to improve companies’ operating efficiency.
