MASTER CLASS “GUIDE FOR DIRECTORS” HELD IN ASTANA

On 9 June, a master class “Guide for Directors” was held in Astana — a practical event for current and future members of boards of directors.

The speaker was Yan McKay — an independent director of JSC “ҚТЖ”, a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and the Royal Society of Arts (RSA), a certified mediator, and a professor at the University of Stirling (UK).

During the master class, the expert presented participants with specific tools and practical recommendations that will help them effectively perform management functions and make well-considered strategic decisions.
