SECOND MODULE OF CERTIFICATE IN COMPANY DIRECTION – 2025 PROGRAMME COMPLETED
In Astana, the second module of the Certificate in Company Direction – 2025 programme, implemented by the Qazaq Independent Directors (QID) Association in partnership with the Institute of Directors UK (IoD UK), has been completed.
The module focused on “Leadership”. During the training, participants examined in detail the key competencies of an effective leader, various governance models, approaches to decision-making, as well as methods for building and supporting high-performing teams. Particular attention was given to assessing talent potential and developing motivation systems.
The module was delivered by Damon Clark — a Chartered Director (IoD), a marketer, and the founder of the consulting company The Brandwidth Marketing Group. The programme training will continue until 29 June.
