IOD International Program Graduates Share Their Career Path

On April 29, 2025, the QazaqIndependentDirectors Association hosted an online meeting, “Experience That Inspires: Stories of Certified Directors.” The focus was on the career paths and management approaches of graduates of the prestigious CertificateinCompanyDirection and CharteredDirector programs of the UK Institute of Directors (IoD, UK).

Speakers shared personal stories of professional growth, practical case studies from working on boards of directors, and insights gained during international training. The discussion covered not only management competencies, but also the importance of continuous development, adaptability, and ethical leadership.

The event took place in a live dialogue format: participants actively engaged in the discussion, asked questions, and shared their observations. The online meeting became a valuable platform for exchanging experience between current and prospective independent directors.
