A COURSE ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND CHANGE STRATEGIES WILL BE HELD IN ALMATY

On May 15–16, a specialized course «Corporate Governance and Change Strategies» will be held in Almaty for 14 academic hours. The course is aimed at developing the competencies of managers and specialists involved in company management and transformation.

During the two-day training, participants will review modern approaches to corporate governance, the roles and responsibilities of company bodies, as well as corporate law and regulation matters. The first day of the course will be conducted by Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, and Director of the Arbitration Center of NPP «Atameken» Askar Kaldybayev.

On the second day, participants will study strategic communications, team engagement, leadership in times of change, and the role of Boards of Directors in the digital transformation of business. The speaker will be Elmira Abakanova — Change-maker with international certificates, Senior Lecturer at AITU, and an expert in business development and strategic communications.

This course is designed for lawyers, directors, top managers, and leaders of transformation processes who are interested in effective development and sustainable management of organizations.
