QAZAQ INDEPENDENT DIRECTORS ASSOCIATION INVITES YOU TO THE TRAINING «BUSINESS MANAGEMENT IN CONDITIONS OF INSTABILITY»

On March 15, 2025, the Qazaq Independent Directors Association will hold an online training focused on strategic thinking and adapting business to rapidly changing market conditions.

The training is designed for members of boards of directors, business owners, top managers, finance professionals, lawyers, as well as everyone interested in modern agile methodologies and strategic management.

As part of the program, participants will cover topics such as:

• adaptive strategy and business transformation;
• effective risk and crisis management;
• crisis management and leadership;
• practical methods of strategic analysis.
