On 30 November, the second module of the Certificate in Company Direction programme started in Astana. This programme is a joint initiative of QID and the UK Institute of Directors aimed at strengthening the competencies of current and future Board members.

Focusing on Leadership, this module deepens participants’ understanding of what it means to lead effectively at Board level and explores the modern expectations placed on directors in shaping corporate culture, performance and long-term organisational development.
