The Diploma in Company Direction programme, delivered by the Institute of Directors (UK) in partnership with QID, is now underway in Almaty. Built around simulated boardroom sessions, the programme turns the theoretical knowledge gained at the first stage into applied governance skills. Over three intensive days, participants, guided by experienced trainers, work through practical cases and rehearse board decision making across a range of situations, from routine to crisis and non-standard scenarios that directors encounter in real practice.
